Student welfare

We have six resident House Parents, including the Heads of Boarding - Ryn and Ann Brandse - who between them have almost 40 years of experience running the dormitory at ACS Cobham.

Every ACS boarding student is assigned a resident teacher/supervisor who will promote their independent learning skills, monitor and guide academic progress, and deal promptly and sympathetically with any personal situation that may arise. There are also school Counsellors and a campus Nurse.

It is vital to recognise that, in conjunction with parents, the Dormitory, and its highly trained staff serve the needs of the whole student - academic, physical, personal, and emotional.
