Meet the team
The ACS Hillingdon Admissions team has a wealth of experience
helping families enroll and relocate - from conducting campus tours
tailored to your requirements, discussing the finer points of our
school offering, to providing expert house-hunting advice, and
arranging door-to-door busing for your children.
Meet the people dedicated to making your application and
transition to ACS as smooth as possible:
Rudianne Soltis Dean of Admissions
Rudianne joined ACS Hillingdon as Dean of Admissions in 2007.
She previously worked as an educational consultant for a
global school search company and is a certified teacher. Having
travelled extensively around the world and lived abroad in
Australia and now the UK, Rudianne has a keen understanding of what
it takes to thrive in an international community, and the benefits
it can bring.
Ingrid
Fleisher Assistant Dean of Admissions
Originally from the US, Ingrid came to the UK in October 2009 from
Bentley University in Boston, where she spent 2 years in admissions
recruiting international students. Ingrid's move to the UK was
prompted by the opportunity to work with younger students as well
as the prospect of living in London. Ingrid lived on 4 continents
and visited 27 different countries before coming to the UK.
Maxine
Hand Housing Officer
Maxine has been the Housing officer for ACS
Hillingdon since 2008. With over 12 years experience within the
housing market, she has a wealth of local knowledge and expertise
when it comes to the most appropriate areas to live, including the
best houses available for your family. Please do not hesitate to
contact Maxine as she will be happy to answer questions regarding
your housing needs.
David Oliver Transport
Officer
David has been with ACS Hillingdon for 12 years. He is responsible
for our families' busing needs and maintains a
comprehensive schedule for about 90% of our students. We run an
extensive door-to-door service as well as shuttle point drops,
which include train and bus stations, from Central London and
surrounding areas. David can answer any questions you have on
busing or our catchment area.
Maria Marsh Admissions
Associate
Maria joined ACS Hillingdon in October 2008. She has previously
worked in several other schools, which helps enormously when
dealing with admissions enquiries. As your first port of call
when contacting us, Maria will help guide you through the entire
admissions process, from answering questions about the school and
its procedures, to helping arrange your visit to our school.
Carole Shepherd
Transport Secretary
Carole started working for our Transport department back in May
1997, helping to ensure the smooth running of the department and
coordinating busing schedules across our extensive
catchment area. Four years ago Carole extended her role at ACS to
include admissions and now works alongside the team looking after
families from inquiry through to attendance at the school.
