ACS International Schools are currently recruiting a Reward Analyst to join the HR team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a HR professional with some previous experience gained within reward in a generalist capacity that is seeking to transition fully into reward on a full-time basis. Alternatively, this may suit a more senior experienced reward specialist seeking a part time opportunity. We welcome applications from applicants interested in this reward opportunity. The Reward Analyst provides specialist support and guidance on all aspects of ACS Total Reward.
This role works closely with the HR Director to ensure that all reward programmes are compliant, benefits are managed, and all reward offerings are in line the overall employee value proposition to support engaged and motivated staff. The post holder is responsible for reoccurring programmes such as the annual salary review process, discretionary awards process and gender pay reporting and annual benefit renewals. As the Reward expert across the group, the HR Reward Analyst provides advice and guidance to line managers and HR Business Partners on pay and benefits, ensuring fairness and consistency across the job architecture supporting our three international schools in the South-East: Cobham, Hillingdon & Egham. You will be based at Cobham with occasional travel to Hillingdon & Egham.
Role and Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for maintaining the ACS pay policy, ensuring that all pay, and conditions are monitored and applied consistently across the schools.
- Undertake reward research and data collection and analysis to ensure transparency and consistency partnering with external reward providers.
- Collaborate with internal partners around data and legal movements impacting reward within the business.
- Support the HR Director during the annual pay review, owning responsibility for the master data, setting out the project plan, employee communications and working with the wider HR Operations in generating all employee pay correspondence.
- During this process undertake financial modelling to provide pay trends whilst ensuring pay recommendations are in line with budgetary expectations.
- Act as the primary contact for employee benefits including running the annual benefit enrolment process with key benefits providers and coordinate regular employee benefit briefings with staff to ensure that benefit offerings are understood, and employees are engaged with ACS benefits.
About you:
Qualified HR generalist level 5 plus or equivalent with relevant HR experience
Advanced excel.
HR Reward experience
Confident user of Excel Spreadsheets, able to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.
Numerate with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and in verbal form.
Logical thinker with the ability to explore concepts.
Working knowledge of regulations around benefits and pay.
Able to work independently with drive and initiative.
Start Date: September 2024
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 4.30pm. Or 3 days per week, depending on experience.
