Join ACS International Schools as a Part-Time School Nurse – Hillingdon Campus
Are you a qualified and passionate nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of students? ACS International Schools is seeking a School Nurse to join our friendly team at our Hillingdon campus on a part-time, permanent basis.
About the Role:
Location: Hillingdon, UB10 0BE
Contract: Permanent, term-time only
Hours: Thursdays and Fridays (08:00–17:00)
Start Date: Early – mid January 2026
As a School Nurse at ACS Hillingdon, you will provide high-quality healthcare to students, staff, and visitors, while promoting overall health and wellbeing within our school community. You will work closely with parents, guardians, and medical professionals to ensure the best care for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency care in line with NMC guidelines and school policies
- Support students who are unwell or have chronic medical conditions
- Maintain accurate medical records and healthcare plans
- Organise vaccination schedules and staff training sessions
- Promote health awareness and wellbeing initiatives
- Uphold child protection, safeguarding, and health & safety standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- RGN/RSCN qualification with current NMC registration
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience (school nursing, health visiting, or practice nursing preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional confidence
- Computer literate with experience in record-keeping
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
