We are looking for an experienced Chef to join the catering team in Cobham during the weekend.
In this pivotal role your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold quality nutritious food to students from 3 -18 years old. You will also cater for functions and provide creative and proactive input for new recipes and menus.
The successful candidates will have a at least 3 years' experience within a similar high volume catering environment; fine dining and hospitality experience would be preferable. You will also have City and Guilds level 2 and 3 or NVQ/Diploma equivalent, along with Level 3 CIEH in Food Safety and familiarity with the principles of HACCP. We are encouraging applications from outgoing, friendly team players with a 'can do' attitude.
This is a permanent position Sat/Sun 9.30 am-7.30pm (20 hours per week) on a 38 weeks contract.
