I am delighted to present the ACS Strategic Plan, which sets out an ambitious course for the coming years, and reaffirms our commitment to students, their families, our staff, and the wider community, to maintain and grow our strong position as a group of leading international schools.
Through this Strategic Plan we strengthen our commitment to be the best schools we can be. We also believe a successful plan must be flexible as well as dynamic. As we work towards the challenging goals that we have set, we will take the time to reflect on our progress to ensure that momentum is maintained.
ACS is strong, and we are growing to meet the needs of an ever-changing future. You will see that our ambitions for the future are high, yet I believe we can achieve them together as we set a clear course for the coming years.
Our Collective Objective
ACS’s People, Education, and Partnerships Strategies describe general intentions which reflect the desired position for our schools in 2025. Its principal objective is to increase the unique quality and value of the ACS educational experience, employee experience, enabling ACS schools to lead the way to genuine, authentic public benefit, enhanced social mobility and improving the education of not just ACS students, but those around us locally, nationally and internationally. Through the implementation of these strategies, we will position the group to respond directly and creatively to geopolitical volatility in our markets and uncertainty in the premium independent international school sector. Our highest-level strategic objective is to ensure that we are ready for the future, empowering our community to become more effective, confident and caring.
