ACS International Schools is seeking an outstanding Physics Teacher to join our Cobham campus in Surrey, UK. This role involves teaching Upper and High School Physics to students aged 14–18 across a range of abilities, following the IB and US curricula.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree/Bachelor of Education.
- A teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS/Teaching licence/certification or equivalent).
- 2 or more years of post qualifying relevant Physics teaching experience to ages 14-18 is desirable.
- IB/US curriculum teaching experience is highly desirable, particularly of AP/DP.
- Strong IT skills, preferably with Apple products.
- Demonstrate consistently high standards of personal and professional conduct.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Significant experience and willingness to integrate technology to improve teaching and learning.
- Experience of teaching in an international school is desirable but not essential.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share high-quality teaching and learning resources for students at different stages and abilities.
- Foster a genuine love of learning and intellectual curiosity in students.
- Provide targeted support for students requiring additional help, working closely with support staff, to meet specific learning needs.
- Engage fully in professional development, remain up to date with requirements, and contribute to the Pastoral Care programme by supporting students’ day-to-day wellbeing, identifying concerns and working with the pastoral team and parents/carers as required.
- Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme.
- Undertake other duties as required to support the smooth and effective running of the school.
