ACS Global Programme - ACS Hillingdon

ACS Global Programme

At ACS Hillingdon, we recognise that every student is unique, with different interests, strengths, and future aspirations.

The ACS Global Programme is a flexible rigorous, internationally recognised curriculum pathway designed for students in Grades 11 and 12 who seek an internationally recognised education. This is just one of the ways we empower students to take ownership of their education and craft a future that is truly their own. It is ideal for students who are self-motivated, passionate about a particular area, or simply looking for a more tailored and balanced approach to learning.

What is the global programme?

The ACS Global Programme allows students to create a custom blend of courses drawn from our existing academic offerings.

This may include a mix of IB Diploma subjects, IB Career-related subjects, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and High School classes, depending on the student’s needs and goals. This personalised approach ensures that each student can follow a “best-fit” academic pathway that reflects who they are and where they want to go.

Personalised Guidance and Support for Every Student

Each student enrolled in the ACS Global Programme works closely with our university counsellors to select the right combination of courses and opportunities.

This individual guidance helps ensure they are well-positioned for the next stage of their educational journey and that their programme supports their long-term career ambitions. Students are also supported by our teaching staff and wider pastoral team to maintain the academic challenge and personal development that ACS Hillingdon is known for.

Pathways to Leading Universities

Graduates of the programme receive a NEASC-accredited ACS High School Diploma and, with the right subject selection, are well prepared for university admissions both in the UK and internationally.

Many of our students have gone on to study at leading institutions around the world, following pathways as diverse as the students themselves. The flexibility of the ACS Global Programme means it can be adapted to suit students aiming for specific areas such as STEM, business, the arts, or interdisciplinary fields, while also nurturing skills in critical thinking, communication, and global citizenship.
