
Our Basketball teams play fixtures against local independent, state and international schools. We are part of the several International Schools Sports organisations which provide competition for our students throughout the Upper School. Our Sports Hall proves to be an electric venue for home games and we utilise this space, alongside our new gym development, Hillingdon Leisure Center, and Brunel University to practice.

Our aquatics programme is led by our highly qualified and dedicated swim teachers and coaching team. We offer competitive swimming for students throughout the Upper School, with a strong record in international competition.

Football is played by both girls and boys throughout the Fall Season. Our coaches work extremely hard to provide feedback on the technical, tactical and psychological aspects of the game. Training and fixtures are offered for all grade levels in Upper School. Our fixture list is varied and vast. We play friendly fixtures against local independent, state and international schools. At ACS Hillingdon, our 3G pitch and well-maintained grass pitches means we are able to train all-year round. This enables us to deliver a highly-successful programme with the aim to inspire passion and confidence in our players.

We offer a comprehensive tennis programme exclusively crafted for Upper School students, offering a blend of skill development and competitive play. From local tournaments to international stages, our programme equips athletes to excel both domestically and abroad.

Volleyball is one of our most popular sports at ACS Hillingdon fielding seven MS and HS teams in the fall season (September–November). With a high calibre coaching staff including ex-professional players, teams perform to a high level in LSSA, and ISAA competitions.

ACS Hillingdon offers a highly successful and inclusive Track and Field Program. Our students are coached by a host of elite-level athletes and coaches, utilising the world-class training facilities at nearby Brunel University. We compete in ISA, ISAA, and LSSA competition and have a strong track record of success.

ACS Hillingdon runs an excellent cross-country programme. We train in the neighbouring Court Park which offers a varied and challenging race route. We race in meets domestically with the LSSA group and send runners to the prestigious ISA meets. Our season culminates in an international meet hosted by one of the ISAA schools across Europe.

Softball is played by our Middle and High school in the spring season (March–June) with fixtures against UK-based international schools. We also compete in Europe as part of the ISAA competition.

Rugby Sevens is offered during our Winter Season. We have excellent facilities for rugby and grass and 3G pitches, including a highly qualified and experienced coaching staff. Teams compete domestically and internationally.

Our Golf team trains throughout the Winter and Spring Seasons, and benefit from the support of experienced PGA professional coaches. We utilise the excellent practice facilities at Wexham Park Golf Course and host tournaments and fixtures at Pyrford Lakes Golf Club, where we have recently hosted the ISAA Golf Championship. Our teams compete in the LSSA and ISAA competitions.

Dance is run as a year long programme, with HS and MS teams. We have excellent dance teachers and our teams perform throughout the year. This includes local competitions and culminates in our Dance Showcase in May. Our dance team also performs during our intervals at our sports events.

Fixtures & Competitions
ACS Hillingdon competes domestically on the LSSA circuit, a collection of like-minded international schools in and around London.
Internationally we are found members and compete in the ISAA. ISAA is an organisation made up of international schools committed to being members of an inclusive sporting community that values effective communication, encourages supportive collaboration, celebrates diversity and builds bridges through sporting competition.
