Lower School - the primary school years

ACS Hillingdon delivers an international education to our students aged 4-10, providing a strong academic foundation for the primary years, and encourage students to be creative, think critically, communicate and collaborate.

Middle School - the equivalent to UK senior school

As an independent school outside of the UK curriculum, our focus during Middle School years (ages 10-14) is to help students ‘learn how to learn’: develop effective work habits, self-confidence and conceptual understanding.

ACS Hillingdon prepares students throughout Middle School to undertake a pathway of their choice in High School through ongoing assessments, careers counselling and pastoral support.

In addition to core subjects, students have the opportunity to take on co-curricular activities and Sports to enhance their education.

High School - offering an alternative to GCSEs and A-Levels

As students move up into High School, there is a great deal of choice on offer and students can choose their “best fit” individual pathways from the wide range of courses available, preparing our Grade 9 and 10 students for our High School Senior programmes.

As an international school we have over 40 clubs and 60 sports teams including sports traditionally found at American schools such as Volleyball and Basketball, In addition we have drama and music productions throughout the year- there are no shortage of opportunities to get involved.
