ACS Cobham & Hillingdon offer a well-rounded international curriculum that emphasises intellectual challenge and encourages our students to make connections between their learning and the real world. ACS Egham offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) and the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme for all lower and middle school students. The enquiry based curriculum activates critical thinking and challenges students to ask questions and reflect on their individual learning.

Our Lower School provides a unique learning environment where children can thrive and excel. We teach an enquiry-based curriculum that inspires our young learners to investigate, ask questions, and solve problems in a real-world context.

We nurture a lifelong love of learning by encouraging children to be curious and independent learners, preparing them for their transition to Middle School. Our balanced programme features literacy and mathematics, enhanced by lessons in science, visual arts, world languages, performing arts, library skills, PE, people skills, and digital learning.

We encourage students to find and follow their personal strengths, taking advantage of our beautiful campus and all the outstanding facilities it has to offer.

Our Forest School and Outdoor Learning programme supports children’s learning through play, exploration, and supported risk-taking.

Our classes are able to get hands-on with nature, embedding their classroom learning into real-life contexts and developing their empathy towards the environment. Outdoor Learning is integrated within our curriculum, and encourages children to be confident individuals and caring contributors with genuine curiosity.

Students learn through a variety of digital tools that support access to the curriculum content and provide a toolbox of creativity tools to share their understanding.

Student choice is a focus for the use of digital tools, while also building strong digital skills that can be applied across various subjects. Our Lower School at ACS Cobham has been recognised as a prestigious Apple Distinguished School for 2022–2025 in recognition of our innovative one-to-one iPad provision.

ACS International Schools was founded in 1967 and has served global families from all corners of the world for over 50 years in both Surrey and London.

Each of our leading international schools, Cobham and Egham based in Surrey, and also Hillingdon, based in London, offer a busing service. You will have the choice from a shuttle or door-to-door service.

Our leading international schools educate children from 2-18 years old. We also operate year-round admissions, so you can join one of our leading UK schools at any point throughout the year.

Each of our UK schools is unique in its own way, however each school offers a truly international education for their students to achieve their very best. All 3 UK schools offer the International Baccalaureate, along with the Advanced Placement Programme at Cobham and Hillingdon.
