OUR SPEAKER
It’s my pleasure to introduce our keynote speaker, Dr. Robert Harrison, Director of Education and Integrated Technology at ACS International Schools.
Dr. Harrison earned his PhD in Religion and Sociology from Duke University and has dedicated his career to advancing global education. Before joining ACS, he spent over a decade with the International Baccalaureate, serving as Head of Middle Years Programme Development in The Hague, where he led innovations in curriculum and assessment worldwide.
He has also taught at George Mason University, authored extensively on international education, and co-edited the IB Journal of Teaching Research.
Dr. Harrison will be speaking on “Uncertainty and Education” — exploring how, in an ever-changing world, schools and communities can prepare young people to face the challenges and opportunities of the future with resilience and purpose.
