Introduction to Middle School
This is an exciting and dynamic place for a young teenager to grow. Parents and students join a lively international environment where adolescents are understood, appreciated, and celebrated.
We help students become well-rounded individuals and motivate them to contribute towards the wider wellbeing of our school community. We prompt inquisitive minds and guide them to make a positive impact through hard work, honesty, integrity, good manners, and courtesy.
Academically, our rigorous, inquiry-based International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme curriculum activates critical thinking and challenges students to ask questions and reflect on their individual learning.

IB Middle Years Programme
We offer the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IBMYP), which prepares students for the academic rigours of the IB Diploma in High School. The philosophical framework of the IBMYP focuses on:
- Differentiated inquiry-based learning
- Intercultural awareness
- Strong communication skills
- The education of the whole child.
This approach fosters a warm, friendly and welcoming community with strong parent/faculty partnerships. Our pastoral programme focusses on scholarship, citizenship and wellbeing with an extensive after-school sports programme, comprehensive music and drama offer with choirs, instrumental tuition, ensembles/bands and opportunities in a range of school productions.
We are proud of our active and challenging learning environment – one where the needs of adolescents are understood and genuinely appreciated.
