Team Jaguar provides our students with a programme of high quality, values-driven sporting, promoting an active healthy lifestyle and engaging students in team-building and collaboration. A few of our sports clubs include:

The Arts thrive at ACS Egham. We offer a number of activities, including Voice in a Million at the O2 Arena, our annual school production (with recent shows including Sweeney Todd, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream) as well as a number of musical and creative groups.

Co-curricular performing arts

STEAM stands for “Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics”. We take a whole school interdisciplinary approach, that reflects the importance of design and technology in today’s world. Our co-curricular activities enable students to explore and develop their individual interests within this subject area, to think imaginatively and independently.

In our Model United Nations Club (MUN), we debate topics of international concern. As part of this, students can attend conferences each year in The Hague and other cities, where they debate the world’s most pressing issues with thousands of other students. its all part of our commitment to educating the whole student so that they’re ready for tomorrow.

At ACS Egham, the Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) programme provides students with an enriching experience that prepares them for future success. Many students have achieved Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards, gaining recognition for their community service and adventurous expeditions.

Those who sign up engage in a variety of activities, including volunteering in community projects and environmental conservation, participation in team sports and fitness challenges, and developing skills in music, arts, cooking, and coding. The programme also features hiking and camping expeditions in South Downs and Surrey Hills.

Open to students in Grades 9-12, registration occurs each September, with expeditions typically taking place from March to June. Information sessions and guidance from DofE coordinators, along with training days by Adventure Life Signs, ensure students are well-prepared for the challenges they may face.

Our staff are highly experience and offer invaluable support to those taking part, supporting them in attaining valuable life skills, such as: leadership; teamwork; time management; problem-solving; critical thinking; enhanced physical fitness and a strong sense of community engagement and social responsibility.
