Empowering Education through Partnership and Community

Working together with our local partners and community, we have witnessed remarkable success stories that highlight the transformative power of collaboration.

Through facilitating exchanges of knowledge, resources, and expertise, we have empowered schools to adopt innovative teaching methodologies, provided headteachers with invaluable leadership insights, and enabled industry partners to actively contribute to the education ecosystem.

The students have put extra effort into their handwriting and spelling. It gave us an opportunity to talk about sentence structure and there was an element of comprehension as the children had to make sure they knew what questions their pen pals had asked them and check they had answered them in their letters. They are really looking forward to receiving the next batch of letters.

Local school visits to campus

ACS Cobham’s facilities, such as the athletics track, fields, and pool, continue to be used throughout the year by visiting partner schools who are delighted to enjoy these facilities for their own sporting events. Our Forest School also welcomes many younger students from local partner schools throughout the year. Additionally, our 500-seater performing arts centre and sports hall serve as venues for multi-school events.

ACS Cobham students also open their events to local partner school students and the community as guests. In Winter 2023, the Lower School performed the musical “Frozen” for parents and the wider community, inviting over 300 students from local primary schools as well as an elderly group from Whiteley Village. All were thrilled by the stunning performance.
