ACS Cobham is pleased to share our International Baccalaureate (IB) & Advanced Placement (AP) results for the Class of 2024.
We are incredibly proud of all our students. They have excelled not only academically, but also developed as well-rounded, responsible global citizens who leave us with the skills they need to make good decisions, ready for whatever challenges and opportunities they may face in the future.
We are incredibly proud of the impressive achievements of this year’s students, and we congratulate them on securing places to pursue their chosen fields of study at a host of institutions around the world. This cohort has demonstrated their passion for and commitment to learning, and I am delighted to see so many of them moving confidently on to the next chapter of their lives equipped with the future-ready skills and open-mindedness that define our students at ACS Cobham.

ACS COBHAM INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE (IB) RESULTS FOR 2024
We are delighted to present our 2024 IB results and are incredibly proud of our students’ achievements.
We are extremely grateful for the unwavering support of their teachers and parents. At the heart of our unique educational experience is our commitment to provide the right personal challenge within a culture of high expectations for the personal and academic success of every student.
In addition to outstanding IB results, 9 of our students also received Bilingual Diplomas including Chinese, Russian, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish.
We are proud of every one of our Class of 2024 IB Diploma Programme (DP) students. The IB diploma is a passport to higher education, and it is considered to be among the most challenging and demanding university preparation courses.
ACS schools always aim for transformational learning – not simply the transfer of information from one generation to the next, but rather the exciting work of helping students get themselves ready for success in a rapidly changing world: Armed with 21st century critical-thinking skills, a well-rounded education and a sense of international mindedness, they are the global thinkers and doers of the future.
IBDP POINTS TO A-LEVELS
ACS students go on to continue their studies in leading institutions around the world.
Our students also pursue individual passions, explore personal interests, and prepare for high-level post-secondary opportunities in sport, creative industries, and business/enterprise.

With regards to grade comparison, there’s no direct equivalence between IBDP scores and A level grades as course programmes set their own IBDP-specific entrance requirements.
The table above is broadly indicative. Offers will vary, however universities around the world value the IBDP, and scores of 38 points and above typically qualify students for courses at highly selective UK and US universities.
In my opinion, the IB prepares us for the real world in two main ways. First, it readies us for further education through its rigorous and demanding academic standards. Secondly, the IB prepares us for life beyond academics by becoming critical thinkers and effective communicators.

We strongly believe that the foundation to success is not just built from the academic results achieved, but everything else our students would have gained from attending ACS.
We are proud to celebrate the achievements of our 2024 graduates across twenty five different subjects and are pleased to say they are all leaving ready to thrive in a world that is changing fast.
Our AP students have built up confidence, time management and study skills to become the independent thinkers and problem solvers the ever-changing world needs.
